Environmental Science (BS)

Overview

USAO’s environmental science curriculum provides the student with an interdisciplinary scientific skill set designed for those who wish to work in environmental or ecological fields. This program is appropriate for students who wish to pursue employment in environmental science, environmental consulting, land/wildlife management, ecology or continue their education at the graduate level. This program provides a holistic education beyond the abiotic and biotic factors that influence ecosystems. Environmental Science also incorporates aspects of social science to prepare students for challenges at the environment/society interface.
