Overview

A minor in French will prepare students for graduate studies in many disciplines such as English, linguistics, or humanities as well as for any public service careers.

Note: Students can take FREN-1118 Elementary French I & II in place of FREN-1104 Elementary French I and FREN-1114 Elementary French II separately. Students can also take FREN-2018 Intermediate French I & II in place of FREN-2004 Intermediate French I and FREN-2014 Intermediate French II separately.
