Transcript and Diploma Release Policy

A student's permanent academic record is entirely a record of their own creation, and the student is entitled to a transcript. Requests for transcripts from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma may be made with the USAO Registrar's Office in person or online at Request a Transcript.

A student's diploma may be withheld for any outstanding financial obligations to the university. A student's diploma may also be withheld for a missing senior exit exam.
