2. Four Days in Advance of the Hearing

1. The respondent and the complainant will provide to the Dean of Students office copies of documents to be presented at the hearing and the names of witnesses who will be called.
2. Each student must notify their witnesses of the date, time, and location of the hearing.
3. The respondent and the complainant will have access to copies of documents to be presented at the hearing by prior appointment. Materials will be sent via email three days in advance of the hearing.
4. The respondent and the complainant will provide notice to the Dean of Students office if they will be accompanied by an advisor.
