KINE 3223 Concepts in Personal Training

This course is a general study of the concepts needed to become a personal trainer. This includes examination of sports nutrition, pulmonary function, body composition, cardio-vascular exercises, strength training exercises, programming for fitness and functional training concepts. Emphasis will be placed on students preparation for the American College for Sports Medicine (ACSM) Personal Training certification.
