2. Twelve Days in Advance of the Hearing

The respondent and the complainant will provide to the Dean of Students office copies of documents to be presented at the hearing, the name and contact information of their advisor and the names of witnesses who will be called. It is the responsibility of each student to notify witnesses of the date, time, and location of the hearing.
