BIOL 4404 Virology
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the structure, function, and classification of viruses, and their impact on modern society and the biological world. This course will investigate viruses from infection of a cell to the formation of new viruses. The course will also include an introduction to basic virological methods such as cell culture, plaque assays and virus detection with various techniques.
