BIOL 4310 Immunology Seminar
This course will cover classical and current immunology techniques such as radial immunodiffusion, Ouchterlony, ELISA, immunoelectrophoresis, and Western Blot analysis in a hand-on laboratory exercise as well as discussions of the techniques in the scientific literature.
