*Students formally admitted to and enrolled in the BS in Business Administration or BS in Psychology programs through the OCCC partnership receive a discounted $240 per credit hour rate for tuition and fees.

**Students formally admitted to and enrolled in a fully online program typically do not pay campus-based fees.

***Non-resident students pay both in-state and out-of-state tuition for a total of $594 per credit hour.

 *Speech, one voice and/or language evaluation includes tests, measurements, and interviews required for initial evaluation and diagnosis.

 **Therapy sessions for speech, voice, and language disorders may take from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the needs of the client. Most clients will be seen for individual sessions, but some may be treated in small groups, depending on the needs of the individual. Therapy may include one or more sessions per week, depending on the needs of the client.

Collection of Fees and Tuition

  1. All tuition and fees charged are due on or prior to the drop date of each term.
  2. Students can select a payment plan on USAO's Self-Service portal or pay in full.
  3. Late payment (payment after the drop date if not in a payment plan) will require payment in full of all charges plus a $25 monthly Late Payment Fee.
  4. Delinquent accounts may be subject to additional costs, such as collections, legal fees, interest, and any other approved costs of collection.

Schedule Changes/Withdrawals

Students who change their schedules or completely withdraw from the institution during the first two weeks of the fifteen-week classes or during the first week of the seven-week class (see academic calendar) will receive full credit on their bill for courses dropped or full charges for courses added.
No refunds of tuition and fees will be made after the add/drop period for that session.
