C. Implementation of Sanctions

Conduct actions or grievance decisions shall not be implemented until the time for appeal has expired, until the entire appeal process is completed, or until the individual voluntarily waives the right to appeal in writing. The exceptions to delaying sanctions until the process is complete include:

1. when interim suspension has been imposed or
2. to protect the well-being of students on the campus.
