THTR 4303 Dramaturgy
This course is a workshop in dramaturgy which emphasizes the use of scholarship and critical thought to facilitate creation and informed production choices. The research, writing, and presentation requirements of this course are applicable across disciplines. Activities include close reading of dramatic literature and exercises in working with non-profit boards, audience development, new play development, study guide development, and inter-active production research.
