SOC 3223 Deviant Behavior

This course examines the processes by which deviance is defined in society. We will consider multiple theories and methods used to study deviance and social control. This course is designed to take a critical approach to deviant behaviors and actors to further understand how deviance is managed, discarded, or institutionalized.
