EDUC 1123 Health, Safety, and Nutrition

A study of the approaches that recognize that direct relationships exist between health status, safety, and nutrition. Emphasis is intended for students working in an educational setting and for adults and parents who desire additional information about current concepts in the fields of health, safety, and nutrition and their relationship to the young child.
