DFED 4153 Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Family Advocacy

IEP and transition planning strategies and programs available to all individuals with disabilities. This course is writing intensive as teacher candidates practice writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for all students provided with special education services, including best practices of relaying information to parents and major stakeholders.
