EDUC 4310 Student Teaching

Student Teaching provides students with a comprehensive, immersive teaching experience in a clinical-based setting in their respective major areas (Early Childhood: PK-3rd, Elementary: (1st-8th), Deaf Education: PK-12, and secondary according to their specified area). Students will engage in full-time student teaching in the public school under the supervision of an experienced, effective mentor teacher, refining their skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional strategies. The course emphasizes reflective practice, professional collaboration, and integrating educational theory with practical teaching techniques.
